David Mason Eichman is a business formation and contract attorney in West Hollywood, California who specializes in setting up corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs). He also assists clients with maintaining and updating their corporate/LLC minute books. David also drafts and reviews business contracts and agreements, including leases and real estate purchase and sale agreements.
David graduated from Dartmouth College (cum laude) in 1983 and Northwestern University School of Law in 1988. Prior to establishing his own law practice in 1993, David worked at the law firms of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in Los Angeles and Ervin, Cohen & Jessup in Beverly Hills.
David is also a California notary public and speaks German, Italian and French. David is a member of the West Hollywood Transportation Commission and serves on the Board of Governors of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the Dartmouth Club of Los Angeles.
